We're proud of the outstanding quality of our products, and we provide a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee against any manufacturing defects.
As each order is made just for you, refunds or cancellations aren’t usually required — but if there’s ever a product or process issue (e.g. workmanship defects/faults or damage in transit), we’ll make it right.

Before placing an order, please take the time to carefully review and understand our policies to avoid any potential disappointment later on.
Once orders are placed, some may be non-cancellable and could incur a fee if cancellation is requested. At Shaun Casey Photography, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of aggressive or threatening behaviour toward our team or the company.
Our team is here to assist you and will always uphold our business practices—so we encourage you to review the following policies thoroughly.
As the buyer, it's your responsibility to read and understand the terms outlined below before completing your custom order with Shaun Casey Photography.
30-Day Personal Preference Return Policy
We understand that art is deeply personal. If your selected artwork doesn’t quite match your expectations—despite not being faulty—you can return it within 30 days for a credit or exchange. This applies to artistic elements such as focus, intentional blurring, film grain, illustrated effects, or other creative enhancements that contribute to the unique character of each piece.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging intact, ensuring they remain in resellable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and tracking costs.

This policy applies to full-priced items only, offering a store credit or exchange. If the replacement item is of a lower value, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.
Exclusions

Returns for artistic preference are limited to full-priced framed artwork, framed canvases, unframed prints, and posters.

Items that are discounted, part of a promotion, on sale, or custom-made (such as wallpapers, wall murals, decals, and bespoke art pieces) are not eligible for return under this policy.
At Shaun Casey Photography, we appreciate that art is subjective, and we want you to find a piece that truly resonates with you. We encourage thoughtful selections, keeping in mind that the unique characteristics of each artwork are a reflection of the intended vision and creative expertise.

It is your responsibility as the purchaser to ensure that the product(s) you select are appropriate for the space where they will be installed, using the detailed product information available on our website. We strive to maintain the highest level of colour accuracy through our professional printing process. However, please note that variations in screen settings on devices may result in slight differences in appearance.

If you're unsure about any aspect of the product you're ordering, we strongly encourage you to contact us before completing your purchase.

For international orders (outside of Australia), any duties and taxes will be the sole responsibility of the recipient.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you find that your artwork or frame does not meet your expectations for any of the following reasons, you may return it within 30 days for a store credit or exchange:

Incorrect size selection
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Conditions:
• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact to ensure they are resalable as new.
• The customer is responsible for all postage and tracking costs for returns unless previously arranged.
• If the new product selected is less expensive than the original full-priced item, store credit will be issued for the difference.
Exclusions:
• This policy covers only full-priced framed art, framed canvas, unframed art prints, and posters. Sale items, promotional offers, discounted products, VIP trade/commercial pricing, bulk discounts, and bundle offers are not eligible.
• Custom-made items like wallpaper, wall murals, decals, or personalized art products such as family photos are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return:

Notification: Start the return process by emailing Shaun@ShaunCaseyPhotography.com with your intention to return or exchange an item.

Correct Address: Make sure to send the product to the address provided by our customer service team. Returns sent to the wrong address will not be credited.

Packing and Shipping: Pack all items securely and use tracked shipping. Shaun Casey Photography is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

Identification: Include your full name and order number with the return to prevent processing delays.

Damages and Issues

Each piece we create is handmade with care, from the frames to the printing and mounting

We take great care in ensuring your artwork arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event it is damaged during transit, we are happy to provide a replacement. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange this.
To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, we kindly ask you to provide photos of:

The external damage to the packaging.

Any damage sustained to the product itself.
Please email the photos to Shaun@ShaunCaseyPhotography.com, along with your order number, name, and a contact phone number. Our team will handle your request with urgency and care.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue by providing you with a replacement.
Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us via our contact page.
