Thank you for visiting and shopping with Shaun Casey Photography. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time within Australia.

​

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

​

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

​

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

​

What does 'express' mean for shipping?

​

Choosing our 'express' option at checkout ensures that your purchase will be sent via our fastest available shipping service, as well as it being dispatched same day.

​

Please note: This does not mean 'Australia Post Express' and does not guarantee next day delivery.

International Orders:

​

For customers placing orders outside of Australia, please note that international shipments may experience longer transit times.

​

While we strive to process and ship all orders promptly, deliveries to overseas destinations may require an additional 5-10 business days due to standard international shipping timelines.
